Shipping Policy

The-Ordinary currently ships only to valid addresses within the United States.

Free US standard shipping

Every United States order receives free standard shipping. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. Standard transportation then usually takes 4–6 business days. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and address corrections may affect these estimates.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided after dispatch. Tracking may require additional time to display its first carrier scan.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Review the delivery address before submitting payment. Contact hamidakhatun6373f@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We will assist with delayed, missing, damaged, or misdelivered packages and coordinate with the carrier where appropriate.

Cancellation before dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy governs returns and exchanges.
