Refund Policy

The-Ordinary wants every eligible return or exchange to be clear, fair, and easy to complete.

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order, including a change-of-mind request. Contact us before sending anything back so we can authorize the return and provide instructions.

Free return arrangements

The-Ordinary pays return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and items affected by damage, defects, quality concerns, or fulfillment errors. We will issue a prepaid return label or arrange an equivalent free return method. Do not send products without authorization.

Return condition and exclusions

Eligible products should be returned with their original components and packaging when reasonably possible. We cannot accept custom goods, clearance items, gift cards, or opened intimate, personal-hygiene, or other hygiene-sensitive products unless the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Email hamidakhatun6373f@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate remedy without charging return shipping.

Refund timing

After inspection and approval, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Original outbound shipping was free and creates no deduction.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under this Refund Policy.
